Mushroom Mozzarella Burgers

  • 2 lb. ground chuck or hamburger
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 (10 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients and form into 8 patties. Refrigerate 30-40 minutes. Grill. Very moist! Top with your choice of toppings.
